Summer Adventures with Jesus Club (AWJC)
The fun and learning continues on Wednesdays throughout the summer. Kids and Youth meet every other week throughout the summer for adventured-themed Bible lessons, games & activities, and a brown bag supper. Each Club Night will be from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the picnic grounds. Check out the schedule on the Children's webpage.
Summer Wednesday Night Adult Life Groups & Studies
Beginning on June 11, we are offering a number of different Life Group and Bible study opportunities throughout the summer.
• Ladies' Summer Life Group—led by Carol Hicks and Christie Buckland. This group desires to continue the D-Group disciples and fellowship. You don't have to have been in a D-Group to participate.
• Adventures with Jesus Assistants—Any and all are encouraged to assist with the Children and Youth Summer Adventures with Jess Club on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. Please contact Michelle and let her know she can count on you to help.
• Pastor Jack will continue to offer a RightNow Media study for those not involved in any other activity.
New Summer Mid-Week Life Groups
Several mid-week opportunities will be available for couples to join a Life Group:
• Monday Night Family Life Group—Led by Johnny and Lynne Hicks, this group will meet virtually throughout the month and gather once a month for a Hangout Night. Contact the Hicks for details if you are interested.
• Tuesday Night Couples' Life Group—Pastor Jack and Shawn will lead this group that will meet each week for fellowship and study. Contact Jack or Shawn if you are interested.
Choir Rehearsal Moves to Wednesday Nights
Beginning this Wednesday, our weekly choir rehearsal will follow the Wednesday night service at 7:00 p.m. If you haven't joined the choir, now is a great time to jump in and sing unto the Lord.

We are located only four miles from I-40 and yet have the feel of a small country church that is made up of a fellowship of believers who are bursting with love and are excited about loving, reaching, teaching, and serving all that come seeking a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. We have a rich history of faith, obedience, and worship and believe that this is the time for Pleasant Hill to continue to be the great beacon of faith that it has been for generations, as well as begin to strengthen our fellowship and outreach. The church stands looking out over the community of Enola, with gorgeous views of the mountains and orchards that surround her. That’s why we affectionately call our place, “The Hill.”
It is my privilege to lead this amazing church to carry out our vision to lift up the name of Jesus, to preach the Word of God, to reach the lost, and to teach, disciple and ready God’s children to reach out to a lost and dying world. Sound like a great place?
